简论“祝由”

摘　　要：文章从祝由的含义、于医疗领域应用的起源、在医疗领域的地位、治疗疾病的类别、历代医家的评价以及治病原理6个方面对祝由进行系统论述。“祝由”一词最早见于《黄帝内经》,祝由疗法古已有之。祝由治病,非为情志疾病专设,对传染病、流行性疾病、外伤疾病等,咽喉科、妇科、血液科、皮肤科等各科疾病,甚至急救,都可以临症施术,疗效卓著。唐代孙思邈推崇禁法,评价祝由为“按法施行,功效出于意表”。祝由治病原理,古谓“移精变气”,笔者认为是调动宇宙信息能量,施于患者以期阴平阳秘。研究祝由,对于治疗各类疑难疾病,尤其是新发病种,可能会有意想不到的疗效。This paper systematically disscusses Zhuyou from six aspects:the meaning,the origin of the application in the medical field,the position in the medical field,the category of the treatment of diseases,the evaluation of the ancient doctors and the principle of treatment.The word‘Zhuyou’first appears in Huangdi Neijing,there is a long history of Zhuyou therapy.Zhuyou therapy is not only for the emotional diseases,but also for infectious diseases,epidemic diseases,trauma diseases,and throat,gynecology,hematology,dermatology and other diseases,even for the first aid,its efficacy is remarkble.SUN Si-miao in the Tang dynasty advocated the prohibition of law,and evaluated that‘Zhuyou was performed according to the law with efficacy beyond all expectations’.The principle of Zhuyou therapy was‘change essence to qi’as ancient saying,and author suggests the ability to mobilize cosmic information,and apply to the patients in order to yin and yang in balance.To research Zhuyou therapy for the treatment of all kinds of difficult diseases especially the new species may get unexpected effects.
