摘　　要：《素问·灵兰秘典论》“肺者,相傅之官,治节出焉”是对肺的生理功能的高度概括,也把肺和其他各脏腑联系起来,是各脏腑病从肺论治的理论基础。在中医临床中,重视治肺具有很高的实践价值,为一些常见病和疑难病的治疗开拓了新的思路。文章从经文释义、肺与其他脏腑关系、从肺论治在临床中的应用价值加以论述,阐释其理论研究价值及临床指导意义。‘Lung is the official of prime minister,governing the function of body’in Suwen·Linglan Midian Lun is the high generalization to the lung physiology function,also links the lung and the other viscera,is the theory foundation that each viscera disease treats from the lung.In the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,it has high practical value to pay attention to the treatment of lung,which opens up new ideas for the treatment of some common and difficult diseases.This paper expounded the theoretical research value and clinical guiding significance from four aspects:the interpretation of the ancient text,the relationship between the lung and other viscera,the application value of the theory of lung therapy in clinical practice and the notes.
