摘 要:目的:探究胃肠积热对肺炎大鼠肺、结肠组织的促炎反应和抗炎反应的影响。方法:SD大鼠40只,随机分为正常组、胃肠积热组、肺炎组、胃肠积热合并肺炎组,Aimplex法检测肺、结肠组织细胞因子表达。结果:胃肠积热组大鼠肺组织促炎因子升高,结肠组织抗炎因子水平降低;胃肠积热合并肺炎组大鼠肺、结肠组织促炎因子水平较胃肠积热组同步降低,肺、结肠组织抗炎因子水平低于正常大鼠。结论:胃肠积热可能通过同时激活肺组织促炎反应和肠组织的抗炎反应,导致机体出现双向免疫失衡状态,在此基础上感染肺炎后,肺部促炎反应向持续低水平炎症逆转,同时肠组织免疫抑制状态持续加重,最终导致肺部感染迁延难愈。Objective:To investigate the effect of accumulated heat in stomach and intestine syndrome on proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory responses of the lungs and intestines in rats with pneumonia.Methods:Forty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,accumulated heat in stomach and intestine syndrome group,pneumonia group,gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome combined with pneumonia group.Aimplex method was used to detect the expression of cytokines in lung and colon tissues.Results:The levels of pro-inflammatory factors in the lung tissues of rats in the accumulated heat in stomach and intestine syndrome group were increased,while the levels of anti-inflammatory factors in the intestinal tissues were decreased.The levels of pro-inflammatory factors in the lung and intestinal tissues of rats in the gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome combined with pneumonia group were decreased,while the levels of anti-inflammatory factors in the lung and intestinal tissues were decreased compared with the normal group.Conclusion:Accumulated heat in stomach and intestine syndrome may induce two-way immune imbalance by activating both the inflammatory response of lung tissue and immunosuppression of intestinal tissue.On this basis,the pulmonary inflammatory response reverses to a sustained low level of inflammation after pneumonia infection,while the immune suppression of intestinal tissue continues to aggravate,which ultimately leads to the delay of pulmonary infection.
