“温煦肾阳,搜剔胞络瘀滞”理论提出、应用及发展的思考

摘　　要：目前,“温煦肾阳,搜剔胞络瘀滞”理论在应用与研究方面呈现出一定的碎片化情况,不利于该理论的进一步应用、创新和发展。文章通过提出动力机制和作用机制,对“温煦肾阳,搜剔胞络瘀滞”理论做出了重新的解读,阐明了以该理论为依据而改良的“理冲生髓饮”的药物机制。在此基础上,揭示出该理论的现有研究主要集中于作用机制,而动力机制的探索仍然有待开展。最后,对该理论的系统梳理和思考,为现代中医理论的创新与发展提供了参考价值。At present,the theory of‘warming kidney yang,searching and eliminating stasis and stagnation’is fragmented in application and research,which is inhibiting the further creating,application and advancing of the theory.In this paper,the theory of‘warming kidney yang,searching and eliminating stasis and stagnation’is explained in a new way by proposing the dynamic and acting mechanism,which helps to explain the drug mechanism of‘Lichong Shengsui Decoction’.On this basis,it is revealed that the existing research on this theory mainly focuses on the‘acting mechanism’,while the exploration of the‘dynamic mechanism’remains to be carried out.Finally,a systematic rethinking on the theory may provide some methodological value for the innovation and development of modern Chinese medicine theory.
