摘　　要：炙甘草汤是治疗心血管疾病的常用方剂,文章对炙甘草汤君药选择,煎煮方法,加以整理归纳,并对其在不同心血管疾病中的选择进行综述,如病毒性心肌炎,多以生地黄为君,清热凉血;心律失常,多选黄酒煎煮,温通心阳。又归纳出其新适用范围,即在心肺同治与营卫同调中的治疗优势。Zhigancao Decoction is a common prescription in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.This paper aims to summarize the sovereign drug choices and decoction methods,and review the different choices in varied cardiovascular diseases,such as using dried/fresh rehmannia as the sovereign drug to clearing heat and cooling blood on treating viral myocarditis,using yellow wine decoction to warmly invigorating heart yang on deal with arrhythmia.This paper also induces its new scope of application,which is the advantage of using it in treating heart and lung and harmonizing construction and defense.
