舒肝解郁胶囊联合西药治疗功能性消化不良伴轻中度抑郁临床研究  

Clinical study on Shugan Jieyu Capsules Combined with Western Medicine for Functional Dyspepsia Complicated with Mild and Moderate Depression

摘　　要：目的:观察舒肝解郁胶囊联合西药治疗功能性消化不良(FD)伴轻中度抑郁的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法:将98例FD伴轻中度抑郁患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组给予雷贝拉唑与多潘立酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,均治疗6周。对比2组临床疗效,治疗前后胃肠道症状评定量表(GSRS)积分、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)抑郁评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率93.88%,高于对照组的75.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组GSRS积分和观察组HADS抑郁评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组GSRS积分与HADS抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,2组不良反应均属轻微,经停药处理或对症治疗后好转或消失。治疗前后三大常规、肝肾功能及心电图检查均未见明显异常。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊联合西药治疗FD伴轻中度抑郁,能有效改善患者的胃肠道症状,减轻抑郁程度,且用药安全。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with western medicine for functional dyspepsia(FD) complicated with mild and moderate depression and its medication safety. Methods:A total of 98 cases of patients with FD complicated with mild and moderate depression were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rebeprazole and domperidone,and the observation group was additionally treated with Shugan Jieyu capsules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for six weeks. Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale(GSRS) scores and depression scores in Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS) before and after treatment,the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 93.88% in the observation group, higher than that of 75.51% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the GSRS scores in the two groups and depression scores in HADS in the observation group were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). During treatment,the adverse reactions in the two groups were mild,and improved or disappeared after medicine withdrawal or symptomatic treatment. Blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, the liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram examination in both groups were normal before and after treatment. Conclusion:The therapy of Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with western medicine for FD complicated with mild and moderate depression can effectively improve gastrointestinal symptoms and relieve the degree of depression with medication safety.
