辛温开窍方联合西医治疗痰浊瘀阻型急性缺血性脑卒中临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察辛温开窍方联合西医治疗痰浊瘀阻型急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:将100例痰浊瘀阻型急性缺血性脑卒中分为2组,对照组50例采用西医治疗,观察组50例在对照组基础上联合辛温开窍方治疗。比较2组凝血指标、中医证候积分、神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数及综合疗效。结果:治疗后观察组血小板计数、凝血时间、凝血酶原时间、血浆纤维蛋白原均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候积分、NIHSS评分、Barthel指数均显著改善,观察组治疗后中医证候积分、NIHSS评分均低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为98.00%,对照组为86.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辛温开窍方联合西医治疗痰浊瘀阻型急性缺血性脑卒中较单纯的西医治疗效果更好,能改善凝血指标、神经功能以及生活能力。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Xinwen Kaiqiao prescription combined with western medicine for acute ischemic stroke of turbid phlegm and stasis obstruction type.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke were divided into two groups,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine and the observation group was additionally treated with Xinwen Kaiqiao prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The blood coagulation indexes,Chinese medicine syndrome score,score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Barthel Index and comprehensive therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the platelet count,coagulation time,prothrombin time and the level of plasma fibrinogen in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome score,NIHSS score and Barthel index were significantly improved in the two groups,and the Chinese medicine syndrome score and NIHSS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the Barthel index was higher,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 98.00%in the observation group and 86.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Xinwen Kaiqiao prescription combined with western medicine has better therapeutic effect than pure western medicine,which can improve blood coagulation indexes,nerve function and living ability.
