疏肝利胆法结合西医疗法治疗急性胆囊炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝利胆法结合西医疗法治疗急性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法:将80例急性胆囊炎患者按照随机原则分成2组,对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组常规西医治疗上联合中医方案进行治疗,观察2组患者的治疗效果,对比其腹痛缓解时间、热退时间、黄疸消退时间以及白细胞恢复时间。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为92.5%,优于对照组的55.0%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在腹痛缓解时间、热退时间、黄疸消退时间以及白细胞恢复时间方面均较对照组缩短,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用疏肝利胆法结合西医疗法治疗急性胆囊炎,临床效果显著,可明显改善症状,治愈率高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Soothing Liver-gallbladder method combined with western medicine for acute cholecystitis.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with acute cholecystitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine treatment scheme based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect in the two groups was observed,the remission time of abdominal pain,the time of fever subsidence,the disappearance time of jaundice and the recovery time of white blood cells were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 92.5%in the observation group,better than that of 55.0%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The remission time of abdominal pain,the time of fever subsidence,the disappearance time of jaundice and the recovery time of white blood cells in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Soothing Liver-gallbladder method combined with western medicine for acute cholecystitis has significant clinical effect,which can significantly improve symptoms with high cure rate.
