行气通便贴外敷脐部联合常规疗法治疗脑卒中后便秘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察在常规治疗与护理基础上加用行气通便贴外敷脐部治疗脑卒中后便秘患者的临床疗效。方法:将94例脑卒中后便秘患者纳入研究,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各47例。2组均给予专科对症治疗与基础护理措施,对照组口服乳果糖口服液,研究组以行气通便贴外敷脐部,均连续治疗5 d。对比分析2组的临床疗效,记录和比较2组患者治疗前后的排便频率、排便用时。结果:治疗后,临床疗效总有效率研究组为93.62%,对照组为78.72%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组排便用时、排便频率与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组排便用时短于治疗前和对照组,排便频率高于治疗前和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗与护理基础上加用行气通便贴外敷脐部干预脑卒中后便秘患者,可有效改善排便情况,减少便秘发生,防治效果较好且应用便捷、安全、经济,有重要的临床价值。Objective:To observe the curative effect of the additional application of Xingqi Tongbian plaster at umbilical region based on the conventional therapy for patients with constipation after stroke.Methods:A total of 94 patients with stroke complicated with constipation were included in the study and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table,47 cases in each group.Both groups were given specialized symptomatic treatment and basic nursing measures;the control group was additionally given oral administration of lactulose oral liquid,and the study group was additionally treated with Xingqi Tongbian plaster at umbilical region.The treatment of the two groups lasted for five days.The clinical effect in the two groups was compared,and the frequency and time of defecation before and after treatment were recorded and compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.62%in the study group and 78.72%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of the time and frequency of defecation in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The defecation time in the study group was shorter than that before treatment and that in the control group,and the defecation frequency was higher than that before treatment and that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The additional application of Xingqi Tongbian plaster at umbilical region based on the conventional therapy for patients with constipation after stroke,can effectively improve the defecation situation and reduce the occurrence of constipation with great preventive and curative effect,which is convenient,safe and economical,and has important clinical value.
