强脉冲光在不对称双眼皮整形修复术后恢复效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨强脉冲光在不对称双眼皮整形修复术后恢复的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月~2019年9月于医院治疗的不对称双眼皮患者90例,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组在常规护理的基础上,予以强脉冲光处理。比较两组患者手术切口愈合情况、不良反应发生率及手术满意度。结果观察组患者手术切口愈合情况优于对照组,其甲级切口愈合率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者满意率为95.6%,显著高于对照组的80.0%(P <0.05)。结论强脉冲光应用于不对称双眼皮整形修复术后可促进切口的愈合,减少术后不良反应的发生,并提高患者的手术满意度。Objective To explore the application ffects of intense pulsed light(IPL)in postoperative recovery of asymmetric double eyelids undergoing plastic surgery.Methods a total of 90 patients with asymmetric double eyelids who were admitted to our hospital for treatment from September 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into a control group(n=45)and an observation group(n=45).Conventional care was used for the control group,and IPL therapy combined with conventional care was used for the observation group.The two groups were compared with respect to the healing of surgical incisions,incidence of adverse reactions and surgical satisfaction.Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the healing of surgical incisions,with higher rate of grade A healing of incisions(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a patient satisfaction rate of 95.6%,higher than the control group of 80%(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of IPL in postoperative care of asymmetric double eyelids undergoing plastic surgery can promote the healing of incisions,reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and improve the surgical satisfaction of patients.
