摘　　要：目的了解肝硬化患者的牙周健康状况,从而为肝硬化患者的牙周疾病提出预防建议和治疗措施。方法对2016年7月—2018年12月在中国人民解放军总医院第五医学中心口腔科就诊的300例肝硬化患者进行口腔健康状况调查及牙周健康检查,并对结果进行分析。结果在300例患者中,牙龈出血检出率为74.67%,牙石检出率为90.67%;Logistic回归分析发现,男性和女性发生牙周炎的风险差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),男性发生牙周炎的风险比女性要高;与35~44岁的肝硬化患者相比,45~59岁的肝硬化患者发生牙周炎风险增加(OR=2.263,95%CI:1.268~4.038,P=0.006)。结论肝硬化患者牙周健康状况不佳,口腔卫生保健意识淡薄,应采取积极预防和治疗措施。Objective To understand the periodontal health status of patients with liver cirrhosis,so as to put forward prevention suggestions and treatment measures for the periodontal disease of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods Oral health and periodontal health examinations were performed among 300 patients with liver cirrhosis,who were admitted to the Department of Stomatology,the Fifth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from July 2016 to December 2018,and the results were analyzed.Results Among 300 patients,the detection rate of gingival bleeding was 74.67%,and that of dental calculus was 90.67%.Logistic regression analysis found that the risk difference of periodontitis between men and women was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the risk of periodontitis was higher in men than that in women.Cirrhosis patients aged 45-59 had an increased risk of periodontitis compared to cirrhosis patients aged 35-44(OR=2.263,95%CI:1.268~4.038,P=0.006).Conclusions The patients with liver cirrhosis have poor periodontal health and weak awareness of oral health care.So active preventive and therapeutic measures should be taken.
