摘　　要：目的系统评价沙利度胺治疗克罗恩病的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网及维普等数据库,纳入有关沙利度胺治疗克罗恩病的随机对照试验研究。根据纳入与排除标准筛选文献后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入3篇研究。Meta分析结果显示,沙利度胺治疗克罗恩病的效果优于常规治疗方案(P<0.05),而两者药物不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论沙利度胺治疗克罗恩病的效果优于常规治疗方案,且安全性与常规治疗方案相当。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of thalidomide in the treatment of Crohn′s disease. Methods A computer retrieval was conducted in PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science,CNKI, VIP and other databases to include the randomized controlled trials(RCTs) on thalidomide treatment of Crohn′s disease. Literature screening was performed according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria prior to the Meta-analysis using RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of 3 RCTs were included. Meta-analysis results showed that thalidomide had superior efficacy for Crohn′s disease than conventional treatment regimen(P<0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two medicines(P>0.05). Conclusion Thalidomide is superior to conventional therapy in efficacy for Crohn′s disease, achieving similar safety as compared to conventional therapy.
