摘 要:中小学教师有偿家教是我国教育制度的衍生物,这种行为既有其存在的合理性,也会带来诸多问题。中小学教师有偿家教有其存在的原因,其原因包括应试教育的影响、规章制度不健全、教师的待遇低等。虽在一定的程度上促进了教育公平,有效利用了优质的教育资源,但也存在诸多问题。部分教师忽视学校的教学工作,出现教师去道德化现象,以及加重学生家庭的经济负担等等。应对其进行有效规制,加强新课改进程,建立健全规章制度,形成多元的教师评价体系,加强教师的道德建设,对教师有偿家教进行严格限制。Paid tutoring of primary and secondary school teachers is a derivative of China′s education system.It has its own rationality and also brings many problems.There are many reasons,including the influence of exam-oriented education,unsound rules and regulations,and low income of teachers.Although it has promoted educational equity to a certain extent and effectively used highquality educational resources,there are still many problems.,such as mindlessness in school teaching,de-moralization of some teaches,and increased burden on students′families,etc.It should be effectively regulated by strengthening the new curriculum improvement process,establishing and improving rules and regulations,forming a multiple teacher evaluation system,strengthening teachers′moral construction,and strictly limiting paid tutoring.
