摘　　要：地方政府采取了管理体制创新、开放办学、打造品牌等管理创新的方式,推动了区域高等职业教育发展;但存在体制有待完善、管理力量不足、政策工具使用不充分等问题,在加大对高等职业教育重视的背景下,地方政府要加强统筹规划、充实管理力量,充分运用政策工具,发展完善区域高等职业教育。Local governments have adopted management innovations such as management system innovation,open education,and brand building,which have promoted the development of regional higher vocational education.However,there are problems such as the need to improve the system,insufficient management power,and inadequate use of policy tools.In the context of attaching importance to higher vocational education,local governments should strengthen overall planning,enrich management,and fully utilize policy tools to develop and improve regional higher vocational education.
