新媒介环境下高职院校图书馆开展导读教育的路径探究

摘　　要：当前,新传播媒介深刻地影响并改变了大学生阅读习惯及行为方式,高职院校实行大学生导读教育意义重大。新媒介生态环境下,高职院校图书馆应以战略眼光审视导读教育,通过充分发挥图书馆自身优势,克服思想观念、队伍建设和导读服务等方面劣势,积极探索开展导读教育的实施路径:完善导读管理体制,保障教育持久化;建设良师队伍,提升教育者素质;丰富教育内容与形式,推助育人环境优化,以期提高大学生的阅读能力和素养。In the current mobile Internet era,new media have profoundly influenced and changed the reading habits and behaviors of college students.It is of great significance for higher vocational colleges to implement college student guidance education.Under the new media ecological environment,libraries in higher vocational colleges should examine guided reading education from a strategic perspective.By fully utilizing the advantages of the library,overcoming the disadvantages of ideology,team building,and guiding services,and actively exploring the implementation path of guiding education:Improve the guidance management system to ensure the persistence of education;build a mentoring team to improve the quality of educators;enrich the content and form of education,and promote the optimization of the education environment,with a view to improving the reading ability and literacy of college students.
