摘　　要：宫颈癌严重威胁我国女性健康,研究已证实人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染是其重要的致癌因素,因此有望通过合理的检查、积极的治疗降低这一疾病带来的危害。HPV检测与TCT检查联合应用可以有效提高宫颈癌早期筛查的特异性与灵敏度。本文将从HPV感染的特点、HPV与宫颈癌的关系、HPV检测与TCT检查以及二者联合应用的价值进行简要阐述。Cervical cancer is a serious threat to women's health in China,research has confirmed that HPV infection is an important carcinogenic factor,so it is expected to reduce the harm of this disease through reasonable inspection and active treatment.The combination of HPV detection and TCT can effectively improve the specificity and sensitivity of early cervical cancer screening.In this paper,the characteristics of HPV infection,the relationship between HPV and cervical cancer,the detection of HPV and TCT,and the value of their combined application will be briefly described.
