高校教职工颈椎病患病情况及颈椎保健枕与颈椎病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨高校教职工颈椎病患病情况及颈椎保健枕与颈椎病的相关性。方法:2017年2月-2018年2月选取颈椎病教职工150名,随机分为三组,各50例。普通枕组使用荞麦皮枕;保健枕组使用天然乳胶枕;空白对照组不进行干预。治疗12 d后评价临床疗效。治疗前、治疗后3个月后比较各组颈椎曲度、生存质量评分。结果:保健枕组治疗总有效率明显高于普通枕组和空白对照组,保健枕组治疗后颈椎曲度、生存质量评分均明显高于治疗前及普通枕组、空白对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保健枕在改善颈椎病临床症状、保证睡眠的过程中颈椎生理曲度方面有明显的优势,可明显提升患者的生存质量。Objective:To explore the prevalence of cervical spondylosis in college faculty and the correlation between cervical health pillow and cervical spondylosis.Methods:50 teachers and workers with cervical spondylosis were selected from February 2017 to February 2018,they were randomly divided into the three groups with 50 cases in each group.Buckwheat husk pillow was used in the common pillow group,while natural latex pillow was used in the health pillow group,there was no intervention in the blank control group.The clinical effect was evaluated 12 days after treatment.The cervical curvature and quality of life scores of each group were compared before and 3 months after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment in the health pillow group was significantly higher than that in the general pillow group and the blank control group.The cervical curvature and the quality of life scores in the health pillow group after treatment were significantly higher than those before and after treatment in the general pillow group and the blank control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The healthy pillow has obvious advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis and ensuring the physiological curvature of cervical spine in the process of sleep,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
