大剂量羟考酮缓释片治疗晚期癌症疼痛的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨大剂量羟考酮缓释片对晚期癌症疼痛的治疗效果。方法从我院2016年6月至2018年6月收治的64例晚期癌症疼痛患者为研究对象,根据镇痛方式分成对照组和观察组。两组患者均用药物镇痛治疗,对照组用常规除盐酸羟考酮以外的其他止痛药物治疗,予以观察组逐步加大剂量羟考酮缓释片治疗,进行两组镇痛效果的对比。结果观察组镇痛总有效率为93.8%,与对照组相比,数据间有统计学差异(P<0.05);对照组和观察组患者接受治疗前的生活质量、补体C3、C4水平不存在统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后生活质量评分为(242.7±4.3)分、补体C3水平为(1.32±0.18)g/L、C4水平为(0.36±0.06)g/L,对照组生活质量评分、补体C3、C4水平分别为(218.2±4.6)分、(1.02±0.24)g/L和(0.28±0.04)g/L,存在统计学层面的数据差异(P<0.05)。结论大剂量羟考酮缓释片治疗晚期癌症疼痛镇痛效果好。有助于提高患者生活质量和补体C3、C4水平,值得深入探讨,广泛应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of high-dose hydroxycodone sustained-release tablets on advanced cancer pain.Methods From August 2015 to August 2017,64 patients with advanced cancer pain were divided into control group and observation group.Patients in both groups were treated with hydroxycodone sustained-release tablets,while those in control group were treated with conventional dose.The analgesic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was 93.8%,which was statistically different from that in the control group(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference between the control group and the observation group before the treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life and complement C3,C4(P>0.05).The quality of life score(QOL)and complement C3(1.32±0.18)g/L were(0.36±0.06)g/L in the observation group,and(0.36±0.06)g/L in the control group.The quality of life score and complement C3 in the control group were(242.7±4.30)and(1.32±0.18)g/L,respectively.C4 levels were(218.2±4.6)scores,(1.02±0.24)g/L and(0.28±0.04)g/L,respectively.Conclusion Large dose hydroxycodone sustained-release tablets have good analgesic effect on advanced cancer pain.It is helpful to improve the quality of life and the level of complement C3,C4,and it plays an important role in reducing the risk of adverse reactions.
