摘　　要：目的研究分析脑梗死患者凝血象和血小板的变化与临床意义。方法对172例脑梗死患者和204例健康对照组的凝血象和血小板进行测试。结果脑梗死患者纤维蛋白原(FIB)值升高,而凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分活化凝血活酶时间(APTT)和凝血酶时间(TT)值缩短,血小板(PLT)减少,与对照组比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论凝血的指标是判断出血性疾病的主要诊断指标,检测脑梗死患者的凝血象和血小板,能早期发现患者的血栓前状态,能尽快溶栓,对患者的病情恢复和预后有一定的临床意义。Objective To study the changes and clinical significance of coagulation and platelet in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Coagulation and platelets were tested in 172 patients with cerebral infarction and 204 healthy controls.Results Fibrinogen(FIB)values were elevated in patients with cerebral infarction,while prothrombin time(PT),partial activated thromboplastin time(APTT),and thrombin time(TT)were shortened,and platelet(PLT)was decreased.Compared with the control group,there was a very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The blood coagulation index is the main diagnostic indicator for judging bleeding diseases.The blood coagulation and platelets in patients with cerebral infarction can be detected early,and the patient’s prethrombotic state can be detected early,and thrombolysis can be performed as soon as possible.
