子宫内膜癌ER、PR表达及其与临床病理特征关系的研究

摘　　要：目的研究子宫内膜癌组织ER、PR表达及其与临床病理特征间的关系。方法收集2008年3月至2014年10月符合纳入标准在汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院妇瘤科住院行手术等治疗的302例子宫内膜癌患者临床病理资料。通过回顾性分析研究,应用SPSS20.0软件进行数据统计,计算ER、PR的表达,分析二者与患者临床病理特征间的关系。结果ER、PR在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达:Ⅰ型阳性表达率明显高于Ⅱ型(P<0.01);随着组织学分化程度的递减,阳性表达率逐渐下降(P<0.05);Ⅰ~Ⅱ期阳性表达率明显高于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期(P<0.01);肥胖者阳性表达率高于非肥胖者(P<0.05);深浅肌层浸润、是否有淋巴结转移、患者是否绝经及不同血型间的阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌ER、PR的表达与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展密切相关,检测其表达可以为临床诊治提供重要的参考依据,也可以作为评估患者预后的有效指标。Objective To research the ER,PR expression and its Correlation with clinicopathologic features of endometrial carcinoma.Methods Collect the clinical,pathological and ER,PR status of the 302 patient who met the inclusion criteria and was admitted in the Gynecologic oncologic department of the tumor hospital of the Medical College of Shantou University from March 2008 to October 2014.Through retrospective analysis,use SPSS20.0 software for data statistic,to research the ER,PR expression and its Correlation with clinicopathological features of endometrial carcinoma.Results The positive expression of ER and PR in typeⅠendometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that of typeⅡendometrial cancer(P<0.01);With the pathological grade increased in endometrial carcinoma(G1-G3),the positive expression of ER and PR decreased gradually(P<0.05);the positive expression of ER and PR in the stageⅠ-Ⅱendometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that of stageⅢ-Ⅳ(P<0.01);ER and PR positive expression in obese patient of endometrial carcinoma was higher than that in non-obese patient(P<0.05);the positive expression of ER and PR has no statistically significance in deep or shallow muscular invasion,with or without lymph node metastasis,whether or not had being menopause and among different blood group(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of ER and PR in endometrial cancer was closely related to the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma,The detection of the expression of ER and PR can provide an important reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer,not only that,but also can be used as an effective indicator to evaluate the prognosis of the patient with endometrial carcinoma.
