牙周病导致前牙移位采用口腔正畸治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的关于牙周病导致前牙移位应用口腔正畸治疗方案进行治疗所取得的效果探究。方法本文的所有研究对象为我院在2016年4月到2019年1月收治的92例牙周病导致的前牙移位患者,对所有患者均选择采用口腔正畸方案进行治疗,所有临床资料作回顾性分析,研究患者治疗前后的效果。结果对本文所有患者经过口腔正畸治疗之后,患者的牙齿状况均得到改善,矫正成功率为100.00%。治疗后牙周袋相对深度,前牙覆盖率,下颌骨深度和出血指数与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。所有患者在治疗前后进行比较,治疗后松弛程度也明显好于治疗前,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义;患者治疗结束以后的牙覆、探针出血率也明显优于治疗之前,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义;患者的牙槽高度在治疗前后无明显的差异,P>0.05的,不具有统计学意义。结论对牙周病而导致的前牙移位进行治疗过程当中,通过选择口腔正畸方案治疗可有效的改善患者临床症状,提升患者治疗的美观性,值得应用。Objective To explore the effect of orthodontic treatment on anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease.Methods All subjects in this study were 92 patients with anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to January 2019.All patients were treated with oral orthodontic treatment.All clinical data were retrospectively analyzed to study the effect of patients before and after treatment.Results After orthodontic treatment,all the patients were improved with a success rate of 100.00%.After treatment,there were significant differences in the periodontal pocket depth,anterior tooth coverage,mandibular depth,bleeding index and other relevant indicators between all patients and before treatment,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The degree of tooth loosening of all patients before and after treatment was also significantly better than before treatment,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The bleeding rate of the patients with mandibular overbite and probe after treatment was also significantly higher than that before treatment,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in alveolar height between the two groups before and after treatment,and P>0.05 was not statistically significant.Conclusion In the treatment of anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease,orthodontic treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and enhance the aesthetic appearance of patients,which is worthy of application.
