法舒地尔联合尼莫地平治疗动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究针对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的患者安排实施法舒地尔联合尼莫地平进行治疗的具体临床治疗效果。方法选择本院2015年3月3日至2019年3月3日期间在我院收治的100例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的患者,随机抽签分为实验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组患者在传统常规治疗手段的基础之上实施法舒地尔配合治疗,而实验组患者则在对照组患者的基础之上另外联合尼莫地平进行配合治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的MCA血流速度差异以及Fisher评分差异情况。结果两组患者治疗后其MCA血流速度以及Fisher评分均有明显的改善(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗后的治疗后其MCA血流速度以及Fisher评分均明显差于实验组患者的治疗后其MCA血流速度以及Fisher评分(P<0.05)组间数据差异存在统计学意义。结论针对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的患者安排实施法舒地尔联合尼莫地平进行治疗对患者的MCA血流速度以及Fisher评分具有良好的改善作用,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To study on cerebral vasospasm after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage patients scheduled for Fasudil combined Nimodipine for treatment of specific clinical therapeutic effect.Methods In our hospital in March 3,2018 to 2019 in our hospital during the period of March 3,100 patients with cerebral vasospasm after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage,random lottery is divided into experimental group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).Control group on the basis of the traditional routine treatment in patients with implementation method easy to cooperate with treatment,while the experimental group patients in the control group patients on the basis of the other joint Nimodipine to cooperate treatment.Compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of MCA blood velocity and Fisher grade differences.Results Two groups of patients after treatment the MCA blood velocity and Fisher scores were improved significantly(P<0.05);The control group after the treatment of patients after treatment the MCA blood velocity and Fisher scores were significantly difference in the experimental group after the treatment of patients with MCA blood velocity and Fisher scores(P<0.05)between group differences statistically significant data.Conclusion For the patients with cerebral vasospasm after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage arrangement implementation method of shu,joint treatment for patients with Nimodipine of MCA blood velocity as well as the improvement of Fisher score has a good effect,has good clinical application value.
