摘　　要：目的探究院前急救和急诊介入一体化治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法选取2016年5月至2017年8月期间本院的急性脑梗死患者70例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各分为35例,对照组采取常规急诊方法,观察组则使用院前急救与急诊一体化模式给予治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、NIHSS评分、Barthel评分和并发症的发生情况进行比较。结果其中观察组总有效率97.14%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组NIHSS评分(6.55±2.43)分,Barthel评分(80.73±8.56)分,均比对照组好(P<0.05)。结论采取了院前急救与急诊介入一体化治疗方案进行治疗的观察组患者的临床效果更加理想,NIHSS评分与Barthel评分均有所改善,值得使用。Objective To explore the effect of integration of pre-hospital first aid and emergency intervention in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods In May 2016-August 2017 in our hospital during the period of 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each divided into 35 cases,control group adopts the method of routine emergency treatment,observation group with pre-hospital first aid and emergency integration patterns give treatment,clinical curative effect of two groups of patients before and after treatment,NIHSS score,Barthel score and the occurrence of complications.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.14%,higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score(6.55±2.43)and Barthel score(80.73±8.56)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the observation group treated with the integration of pre-hospital emergency treatment and emergency intervention was more ideal,and both the NIHSS score and Barthel score were improved,which were worth using.
