摘　　要：对中央型气道病变进行呼吸内镜下介入治疗是临床常用的治疗选择,但是,治疗操作难度高,风险大,易发生严重致命并发症。初学者往往掌握困难,影响了学习效果,阻碍了该技术的推广普及。笔者结合自己的临床操作经验,针对中央型气道病变呼吸内镜下介入治疗的教学要点进行了梳理总结,以期提高临床教学效果,为该技术的推广应用提供帮助。Bronchoscopic interventional therapy for central airway disease is a common choice in clinical treatment,but it is risky and difficult to operate.The procedure is prone to serious fatal complications.It is difficult to study for the beginner students.The difficulty of operation affects the teaching effect and the application of this technology.The author summarized the clinical operation experience and the teaching points of bronchoscopic interventional therapy for central airway diseases,in order to improve the clinical teaching effect and provide help for the application of the technology.
