腹腔镜与同期开腹直肠癌切除术后的长期肿瘤学结果比较

摘　　要：目的比较腹腔镜与同期开腹直肠癌切除术后的长期肿瘤学结果。方法选择2014年1月至10月收治的80例直肠癌患者为研究对象,根据手术方法的不同将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组以开腹直肠癌切除术治疗,观察组以腹腔镜直肠癌切除术治疗。随访5年,统计两组患者的肿瘤死亡率、非肿瘤死亡率、局部复发率、远处转移率及5年生存率。结果随访5年,观察组的肿瘤死亡率、非肿瘤死亡率、局部复发率、远处转移率及5年生存率分别为25.00%、7.50%、22.50%、17.50%、67.50%,与对照组的20.00%、10.00%、20.00%、15.00%、70.00%无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组Ⅳ期患者5年生存率为15.00%,高于对照组的2.50%(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜直肠癌切除术能获得与开腹手术相近的远期疗效。Objective To compare the long-term oncology outcomes of laparoscopic and simultaneous open rectal cancer resection.Methods A total of 80 rectal cancer patients admitted from January to October 2014 were selected as study objects and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to different surgical methods.The control group was treated with open rectal cancer resection,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic rectal cancer resection.The patients were followed up for 5 years,and the tumor mortality,non-tumor mortality,local recurrence rate,distant metastasis rate and 5-year survival rate of the two groups were recorded.Results Following up for 5 years,the tumor mortality rate,non-tumor mortality rate,local recurrence rate,distant metastasis rate and 5-year survival rate of the observation group were 25.00%,7.50%,22.50%,17.50%and 67.50%,respectively,and which were no significant differences in 20.00%,10.00%,20.00%,15.00%and 70.00%of the control group(P>0.05);the 5-years survival rate ofⅣperiod patients in the observation group was 15.00%,which was higher than 2.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic rectal cancer resection can achieve a similar long-term effect as the open surgery.
