摘　　要：目的比较Reciproc Blue和XP-endo Shaper镍钛根管预备器械预备C形根管的效果。方法选择80例C形根管预备患者为研究对象,采用抓阄随机化分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用Reciproc Blue预备,观察组采用XP-endo Shaper镍钛根管预备,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者的弯曲度、弯曲半径、弯曲角度改变量、根管中心偏移量无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后的Negm评分、PAI评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组患者的治疗总有效率无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Reciproc Blue和XP-endo Shaper镍钛根管预备方案均具有显著作用,但在面对C形根管时,XP-endo Shaper镍钛根管预备更能够提高安全性,缩短根管预备时间,利于保持C形树脂根管原始形态。Objective To compare the effects of C-shaped root canals prepared by Reciproc Blue and XP-endo Shaper nickel-titanium root canal preparation instruments.Methods Eighty patients with C-shaped root canal preparation were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random grouping by lot drawing,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was prepared with Reciproc Blue,and the observation group was prepared with XP-endo Shaper nickel-titanium root canal preparation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in terms of curvature,bending radius,bending angle change and root canal center offset between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of Negm and PAI after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reciproc Blue and XP-endo Shaper nickel-titanium root canal preparations have a significant effect,but in the face of C-shaped root canal,XP-endo Shaper nickel-titanium root canal preparation can improve the safety,shorten the time of root canal preparation,and keep the original shape of C-shaped resin root canal.
