摘　　要：目的了解理科大学生性与生殖健康知识的知晓率和性与生殖健康行为以及对性与生殖健康的态度,探索性与生殖健康教育的有效途径。方法选择某高校数学、化学、生物、农学4个专业980名一年级学生为研究对象,就性与生殖健康知识、行为和态度3个方面进行第一次问卷调查,经过性与生殖健康宣传倡导、同伴教育、知识讲座等系列活动的开展,一年后对其进行第二次问卷调查,评价干预效果。结果 980名大学生中,接受过性与生殖健康教育的学生增加了21.6%;从学校获取性与生殖健康知识的学生占比增长29.4%;大学生对性与生殖健康知识的知晓率提升了24.2%,对性与生殖健康行为的正向态度有显著改善。结论大学生性与生殖健康知识匮乏,在大学生中开展性与生殖健康教育很有必要,同伴教育、宣传倡导、知识讲座等多种方法综合运用可以提高教育效果。Objective To explore an effective way for the sexual and reproductive health education through the study of the awareness rate, behavior and attitude of undergraduate students to sexual and reproductive health. Methods 980 undergraduate students of four different specialities(mathematics, chemistry, biology, agronomy) in a college, were investigated about their cognition, behavior and attitude of sexual and reproductive health by questionnaire. Propaganda, peer education and lectures on sexual and reproductive health were implemented among these students and the educational efficiency was evaluated by questionnaire a year later. Results The number of the students who had received sexual and reproductive health education increased by 21.6%. The number of the students who obtained knowledge of sexual and reproductive from school increased by 29.4%. The awareness rate was increased by 24.2% and the positive attitude of undergraduate students to sexual and reproductive health was improved significantly. Conclusions It is essential for undergraduate students to have sexual and reproductive health education and the comprehensive application of propaganda, peer education and lectures can improve educational effect.
