摘  要:为探究甘薯冀薯332适宜的栽插方式和密度,设置机械栽插方式和密度试验,于2018年筛选出船栽作为主栽方式.在船栽基础上,2019年设置了D2500、D3000、D3500、D4000、D45005个栽插密度,研究密度对产量、叶片光合特性、冠层结构和源库关系的影响.结果表明:冀薯332在栽插密度为D4000时,块根产量和收获指数最高;叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度、蒸腾速率和叶绿素含量都最高,光合能力高值持续时间最长,“源”端供应能力最强;叶面积指数最大,蔓薯比最低,有利于通风透光,冠层结构合理;光合产物卸载到块根的效率最高,增强“库”端存储能力,提高产量潜力.In order to explore the suitable planting method and density of sweetpotato Jishu 332,the mechanical planting method and density test were set up respectively.In 2018,the mechanical boat planting as the main planting method of Jishu 332 was selected.To screen the suitable planting density of sweetpotato Jishu 332 in 2019,five densities of D2500,D3000,D3500,D4000 and D4500 were set in field to study the effects of different densities on yield,leaf photosynthetic characteristics,canopy structure and source-sink relationship.The results show that:when the density of Jishu 332 was in D4000,the tuberous roots yield and harvest index achieved the highest.The net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular carbon dioxide concentration,transpiration rate and leaves chlorophyll content of D4000 were also the highest,the duration of high photosynthetic capacity was the longest,and the supply capacity of source was the strongest.Leaf area index of D4000 was the largest,while the ratio of vine to root tubers of D4000 was the lowest,which was beneficial to ventilation and light transmission,and the canopy structure was reasonable.The efficiency of unloading photosynthate to tuberous roots in D4000 was the highest,which was beneficial to increase yield potential.
