高校基层教务工作清单管理研究

摘　　要：高校基层教务工作者作为连接学校、教师、学生三者的纽带,在提升管理服务水平方面具有重要作用,但存在工作目标定位不明、出错风险加大、自身职业素质有待提高等问题。“清单革命”的理念对高校基层教务工作有一定的借鉴意义。制定教务清单应力求简明,清单制定后需要反复测试并在实践中经受检验,继而不断优化。在使用清单时,需坚持纪律性和团队性,在重要环节设置检查点来保证其作用的充分发挥。As a link connecting schools,teachers and students,basic educational administration workers play an important role in improving the management and service level,but there are still some problems,such as unclear working objectives,increased risk of mistakes,and the needing improvement of their own professional quality.The idea of“list revolution”has certain reference significance to the basic educational administration in colleges and universities.When making a list of educational administration,conciseness should be sought.After making the list,it needs repeated checking and the test of practice,so as to optimize it continuously.When using the list,it is necessary to adhere to discipline and teamwork,and set checkpoints in important links to ensure the full play of its rule.
