摘　　要：介绍了新冠疫情及国际原油价格暴跌对国内煤炭、化工等产业的影响和阳煤集团煤炭产业和化工产业复工复产的相关情况;阐述了阳煤集团通过实行契约激励推动企业高质量发展,通过深化体制机制改革创新推进企业治理体系、治理能力现代化和进行成本管控等具体的应对举措;同时提出市场调控和税收等相关政策性建议。This paper introduced the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic situation and the collapse of international crude oil price on domestic coal industry,chemical industry and other industries,and the relevant situation of the resumption of coal industry and chemical industry in Yangquan Coal Industry Group.It expounded that Yangquan Coal Industry Group promoted the high-quality development of enterprises through the implementation of contract incentive,promoted the enterprise governance system,the modernization of governance capacity and cost control through deepening the reform and innovation of system and mechanism.At the same time,it put forward some policy suggestions such as market regulation and taxation.
