摘　　要：2020年1月20日,国家卫生健康委员会发布公告,新型冠状病毒肺炎被依法纳入传染病管理。根据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》,传染病暴发、流行时,限制或者停止集市、影剧院演出或者其他人群聚集的活动。疫情当前,多项应急攻关项目启动,还有很多临床试验亟待开展,为了确保研究的正常开展,伦理委员会审查会议需要采取网络会议形式。分享了机构伦理委员会召开网络伦理审查会议的实践经验,期望对伦理委员会在突发状况下的审查工作提供参考。On January 20,2020,the national health commission announced that COVID-19 was included in the management of infectious diseases by law.According to the law of the People’s Republic of China on the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,restrict or stop fairs,theater performances,or other activities where people gather during outbreaks or epidemics.During the epidemic,a number of emergency projects have been launched,and many clinical trials need to be carried out.In order to ensure the normal development of the research,the review meeting of the ethics committee needs to take the form of network meeting.This paper shares the practical experience of the network ethics review meeting held by the institutional ethics committee,and hopes to provide reference for the review work of the ethics committee in case of emergency.
