摘　　要：开国的中小学政治课本,使用于1949年秋季和1950年春季学期,是由中央宣传部主导、教科书编审会审订、“党内秀才”撰写的一套较为完整的政治课本,也是国家统一教学计划和课程标准颁布之前的过渡性教材。它以老解放区教育经验为基础,凸显革命性与思想性、理论性与通俗性、新编和再版结合的特点,开创了党领导新中国教材建设的先河,迈出了全国政治教材走向统一的第一步,为新政权除旧布新、培育新人,发挥政治课教学的主渠道地位起到了重要作用。Used in the autumn semester of 1949 and the spring semester of 1950,the politics textbooks for primary and secondary school in the founding period of the People's Republic of China are a relatively complete set of politics textbooks led by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee,reviewed and approved by the Textbook Review Committee,and compiled by“the talents within the party”.They are transitional textbooks used before the promulgation of unified teaching plan and curriculum standards in China.Based on the educational experience of the original Liberated Area,they highlighted the characteristics of the int egra tion of revolutionary spirit and ideology,prolessionalism and popularity,new editions and reprints,created a precedent for the party-led textbook construction in new China,took the first step toward the unification of national politics textbooks,and played an important role for the new regime to demolish the old,cultivate new people,and give play to the status of the main channel of political teaching.
