摘　　要：全球化进程要求我们共同应对全球治理面临的挑战,全球公共经济学为全球治理提供了一个可能的分析框架。本文系统梳理了全球公共经济学的发端与理论渊源,从全球公共物品、全球税收、国际税收竞争与合作的角度搭建了全球公共经济学的研究框架,丰富了全球治理问题研究。目前,全球公共经济学面临理论与实践的双重挑战,国家之间需要加强合作应对全球财政问题,并加大全球公共物品的供给力度,推动全球公共经济学的理论与实践的发展。Increased globalisation urges us to cope with multiple challenges for global governance.Global public economics offers a potential framework for analysing new policy approaches and instruments in delivering public goods and achieving equity.This paper provides a systematic review of the emergence and the concept of global public economics,and then establishes a conceptual framework for global public economics from the perspective of global public goods,global taxation,and international tax competition and cooperation.Indeed,theoretical complexities and practical challenges in front of us are unprecedented.Cooperation among countries should be reinforced,in order to deal with the fiscal problem in the evolving global economy and increase the supply of global public goods.
