摘　　要：针对示范性软件学院集中实践环节中企业与学校合作的各种模式现状及存在的主要问题,从学生管理、合作企业管理、实训过程监管、教学成果管理以及意见反馈机制实施方面提出了一套切实可行的规范化方法。为提高校企合作管理水平、改进教学管理方式做出有益尝试。This paper expounds the current situation and main problems of various modes of cooperation between enterprises and schools in the centralized practice in the demonstrative software institutes,and puts forward a set of practical and feasible standardized methods from the aspects of student management,cooperative enterprise management,practical training process,achievement management and feedback mechanism.This research is a useful attempt in improving the level of the cooperation between school and enterprises and teaching mangament.
