摘 要:高校档案管理向着数字化、在线化、智能化和共享化发展,在提高档案管理效率和技术服务能力的同时也带来了新的风险问题,但是目前高校云数字档案系统缺少定量风险评估方法。采用组合语言评价信息作为专家评价表述方式,基于三角模糊数AHP方法确定各个评价参数的权重信息,提出了一种新的模糊FMEA方法用于计算高校云数字档案系统的整体风险和风险等级,并给出案例验证了此方法的正确性和可行性。Archives management of colleges and universities is developing towards the direction of digitalization,online,intelligent and sharing,this improves efficiency and service ability of the management but also brings the new security risk.At present the current cloud digital archives system for colleges and universities lacks quantitative risk evaluation method,a new method based on fuzzy FMEA is proposed.Based on the triangular fuzzy number AHP method,the evaluation information of security expert and the weight information of each evaluation parameter were determined.The systematic risk and risk levels of a cloud digital archives system for colleges and universities were calculated,and the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method were verified by the case.
