摘  要:为探讨优质鸡生长性状与部分免疫指标的相关性,以13周龄雪山鸡为研究对象,按体重大小分别将公、母鸡分为大、中、小3个组,公鸡:大体重(≥1300 g),中体重(1100~1300 g),小体重(≤1100 g)。母鸡:大体重(≥1200 g),中体重(1000~1200 g),小体重(≤1000 g))。测定每组鸡的体重、体尺性状(胫围、胫长)和部分免疫指标(血清IL-1β浓度、IgM和IgG含量以及α-干扰素),并对体重、体尺与免疫指标的相关性进行分析。结果表明,13周龄雪山鸡体重与胫长、胫围存在显著正相关(P<0.05);除13周龄母鸡小体重和中体重组IgM水平差异不显著外,不同体重组之间免疫指标差异均显著(P<0.05),且公鸡和母鸡趋势一致。大体重组鸡血清中α-干扰素、IgM、IgG的浓度显著低于中体重和小体重组(P<0.05);而IL-1β浓度显著高于中体重和小体重组(P<0.05)。公鸡中除炎性因子IL-1β外,体重与免疫指标均呈显著负相关(P<0.05),相关系数介于-0.271^-0.248;母鸡体重与IgM和α-干扰素呈显著负相关(P<0.05),但是体尺与免疫指标的关联性不显著。在体重和体尺之间,表现出显著正相关(P<0.05);在免疫指标之间,也存在显著正相关,尤其是细胞免疫和体液免疫指标之间相关系数较高。研究结果表明,雪山鸡生长性状对免疫性能有显著影响,体重与免疫指标存在颉颃关系。In order to explore the correlation between growth traits and some immune indexes of high-quality chickens,13-week-old Xueshan chickens were taken as the materials,and the roosters and hens were divided into three groups according to their body weight.Roosters:High weight group(≥1300 g),medium group(1100~1300 g)and small weight group(≤1100 g);Hens:High weight group(≥1200 g),medium group(1000~1200 g)and small weight group(≤1000 g).The body weight,body size(shin length and shin circumference)and immune indexes(the serum concentrations of IL-1β,α-interferon,IgM and IgG)of the three groups were measured,respectively.The correlation between body weight,body size and immune indexes were analyzed.The results showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between the body weight and shin length and shin circumference(P<0.05)of 13-week-old Xueshan chickens,and the trend was consistent in different sex.All immune indexes showed significant difference between different weight groups(P<0.05),and the trend of rooster and hen was the same.The serum concentrations ofα-interferon,IgM and IgG in the high weight group were significantly lower than those in the medium and small weight groups(P<0.05).The concentration of IL-1βin the high weight group was significantly higher than that of the medium and small weight groups(P<0.05).Except for the inflammatory factor IL-1β,body weight was negatively correlated with immune traits in roosters,with a correlation coefficient ranging from-0.271 to-0.248.Body weight in hens was negatively correlated with IgM andα-interferon(P<0.05),the correlation between body size and immune traits was not significant.There was a significant positive correlation between body weight and body size(P<0.05).There was also a significant positive correlation between immune indexes,especially between cellular immunity and humoral immunity.The results showed that the growth traits of Xueshan chicken had a significant effect on immune performance,and there was an antagonistic relationship b
