摘 要:目的探讨医护一体化联合案例教学法(CBL)在糖尿病足进修护士培训中的应用。方法选择2014年3月-2018年9月在我院进修糖尿病足专业的63名注册护士为研究对象,将2014年3月-2016年3月的29名进修护士设为对照组,采用传统教学法;2016年9月-2018年9月的34名进修护士设为观察组,采用医护一体化联合案例教学法,通过在进修培训开始和结束时分别对两组进行理论和操作的考核;进修结束时用自行设计的满意度调查表对观察组进修护士进行调查,综合评价两组进修护士的培训效果。结果观察组护士理论和操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.01),满意度调查的各个维度得分均>7分,对培训满意度较高。结论医护一体化联合CBL教学法有助于提高糖尿病足进修护士的培训质量,值得推广应用。Objective To study the application of case-based learning(CBL)in the training of advanced nurses of diabetic foot.Method From March 2014 to September 2018,63 registered nurses majoring in diabetic foot in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into two groups.The control group adopted traditional teaching method,the observation group adopted medical integration combined with CBL teaching method.Through theoretical and operational assessment at the beginning and end of the training,and self-designed satisfaction survey at the end of the training Table to investigate the training effect of the two groups by questionnaire.Results The theoretical and operational scores of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of medical and nursing integration and CBL teaching method can improve the training quality of advanced nurses of diabetic foot,which is worth popularizing and applying.
