摘　　要：江苏有线约有500余万存量主流高清机顶盒,其软硬件情况复杂,运维成本非常高,不利于全省统一业务运营。在此背景下,江苏有线启动了"全省可利旧机顶盒软件升级"项目,该项目覆盖全省13个地市,69个分子公司,涉及6个机顶盒品牌主流高清机顶盒,最终将53种硬件规格,198个软件版本统一升级成了TVOS-H。本文针对项目的升级方案设计与具体实施进行论述,总结并给出了平台、网络、终端、业务等方面的升级经验。There are more than 5 million mainstream HD set-top boxes in CATV system in Jiangsu. The softwares and hardwares of these STBs are complicated, and operation and maintenance costs are very high, which is not conducive to operating provincial unified business. In this context, JSCN launched the project of "Upgrading provincial stock STB software based on TVOS-H system". The project covers 13 cities and 69 subsidiaries in Jiangsu, involves mainstream HD set-top boxes of 6 set-top box brands, and fnally upgrades 53 hardware specifcations and 198 software versions to TVOS-H. This paper discusses design and implementation of the upgrading scheme about this project, summarizes and gives upgrading experience on platform, network, terminal, business and so on.
