摘 要:目的:探索医改新形势下药学部绩效考核方案。方法:采用文献计量学方法,对国内外药学绩效研究的文献进行总结、分析、归纳探索药学部绩效考核方案。结果:检出已发表文献334篇,最终纳入53篇中文文献,其中临床药学指标30项、门诊药房指标33项、病房药房指标14项、药学部论文指标73项。多篇文献提到指标为发药数、满意度、投诉、差错、考勤、盘点帐物相符。药学绩效考核指标多岗、多考核点、多层面的特点。结论:部门内的绩效考核方案切实可行较为成熟,但部门间的绩效分配仍缺乏评估方案,未来需更多研究。Objective: To find out the performance evaluation program for pharmaceutical department under the environment of medical reform. Methods: The performance evaluation scheme for pharmaceutical department was summarized,analyzed and explored by using bibliometrics. Results: Totally 334 papers were checked out,and among them,53 Chinese papers were selected including 30 clinical pharmacy indicators,33 outpatient pharmacy indicators,14 ward pharmacy indicators and 73 pharmaceutical department paper indicators. Many papers mentioned that the indicators were dispensing number,satisfaction,complaints,errors,work attendance,consistency of account and material and so on. The characteristics of pharmacy performance evaluation indicators were multi-post,multipoint and multi-level. Conclusion: The performance evaluation program within a department is full-fledged and practical,while the programs among departments still need more studies in future.
