高校思政课合作学习中“搭便车”现象探析

摘　　要：合作学习有助于提高高校思政课教学的实效性,但如果管理不严,制度不明就会导致"搭便车"问题经常出现,继而影响合作学习的积极性,降低合作学习的预期效果。思政课教师应充分发挥教学主导作用,在合作学习中精心设计合作学习项目的主题和内容;制定具体明确的合作学习制度规则;对合作学习的全过程进行指导和管控;对个别"搭便车"学生给予更多关注和指导。Cooperative learning helps to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities,but if the management is not strict,the system will lead to the frequent emergence of "hitchhiking" problems,which will affect the enthusiasm of cooperative learning and reduce the expected effect of cooperative learning.Ideological and political teachers should give full play to the leading role of teaching,carefully design the theme and content of cooperative learning projects in cooperative learning,formulate specific rules of cooperative learning system,guide and control the whole process of cooperative learning,and give more attention and guidance to individual "hitchhiking" students.
