摘  要:目的:调查分析儿科护士孕期非疾病性休假意愿及休假原因,为制订减少儿科护士孕期非疾病性休假的措施提供依据。方法:自行设计《儿科护士怀孕状况调查问卷》,整群抽样调查成都市某医院儿科住院病房全体护士,分析其孕期非疾病性休假意愿及休假原因,了解工作时间或工作岗位调整后,护士孕期继续上班的意愿。结果:93.77%的儿科护士有孕期非疾病性休假意愿;孕期非疾病性休假主要原因有夜班倒班(89.16%)、工作强度大(85.91%)、家人担心工作可能影响胎儿健康(68.56%)、中午休息时间不足(63.41%)、不喜欢工作科室或工作岗位(60.43%)、医院检查太频繁、考核太多(53.12%);如果取消夜班值班(90.27%)、调整科室(87.89%)或岗位(87.00%)、增加休息时间(79.23%)后,儿科怀孕护士愿意在无疾病因素影响的情况下继续上班。结论:儿科护士孕期非疾病性休假受作息时间、工作岗位、工作科室及家庭等多因素的影响,应进一步根据休假原因给予针对性的干预措施,才可能减少儿科护士孕期非疾病性休假。Objective:To investigate and analyze the willingness and reasons of non-sickness leave in paediatric nurses during pregnancy,so as to provide a basis for formulating measures to reduce non-sickness leave of paediatric nurses during pregnancy.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire on the pregnancy status of pediatric nurses was designed,and a cluster sampling survey was conducted among all nurses in a pediatric inpatient ward of a hospital in Chengdu.The willingness and reasons of non-sickness leave during pregnancy were analyzed,and the willingness of nurses to continue to work during pregnancy after the adjustment of working hours or positions was investigated.Results:93.77%of paediatric nurses were willing to take non-sickness leave during pregnancy.The main reasons for non-sickness leave during pregnancy were night shift(89.16%),high work intensity(85.91%),family’s worry that work might affect fetal health(68.56%),lack of rest time at noon(63.41%),dislike of work departments or posts(60.43%),too frequent hospital examinations and too many assessments(53.12%);if the night shift is cancelled(90.27%),the department is adjusted(87.89%)or the post is adjusted(87.00%),and the rest time is increased(79.23%),the paediatric pregnant nurse is willing to continue to work without the influence of sickness factors.Conclusion:The non-sickness leave of paediatric nurses during pregnancy is affected by many factors such as work and rest time,work position,work department and family.It is possible to reduce the non-sickness leave of paediatric nurses during pregnancy by further intervention measures according to the reasons of leave.
