摘 要:《职业教育改革实施方案》对推动高职院校和行业企业形成命运共同体提出了新的要求,产、教之间要形成一种教育教学全要素、全方位的深度融合。产业文化是产业发展的重要组成部分,它是产业发展进程中所逐步形成的物质文化和精神文化的总和,它具体体现为企业文化、职业精神、职业价值观等。将优秀的产业文化融入高职教育,实现以文化人的合力,是深化职业教育改革和推动产业发展的必然要求。文章以产业文化育人为背景,提出高职院校融入产业文化的现实意义和路径,就融产业文化于人才培养的机制建设提出对策。The implementation plan of vocational education reform puts forward new requirements for promoting higher vocational colleges and industrial enterprises to form a community of common destiny. The industry and education should enter into an all-round and all-round deep integration of education and teaching elements.Industrial culture is an important part of industrial development. It is the sum of material culture and spiritual culture gradually formed in the process of industrial development. It is embodied in corporate culture,professional spirit, professional values and so on. It is an inevitable requirement for deepening the reform of vocational education and promoting industrial development to integrate excellent industrial culture into higher vocational education and realize the joint efforts of cultural people. Based on the background of industrial culture education, this paper puts forward the practical significance and path of integrating industrial culture into higher vocational colleges, and puts forward countermeasures for the mechanism construction of integrating industrial culture into talent training.
