摘  要:近些年来,随着学生社团数量的不断增多,学生社团为高校共青团工作提供了更加广阔的创造空间。实践教学是巩固理论知识和加深对理论认识的有效途径,是培养具有创新意识的高素质人才的重要环节,有利于帮助学生理论联系实际、培养掌握科学方法、提高动手能力等。从"5T"引导路径入手,以相关调研数据为一手资料开展实证研究,探讨学生社团与实践教学的有机对接方式方法,为提升学生社团质量、深化社团育人作用提供参考。In recent years, with the continuous increase in the number of student associations, student associations provide more broad space for the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities. Practice teaching is an effective way to consolidate theoretical knowledge and deepen theoretical understanding, and an important link to cultivate high-quality talents with innovative consciousness. This helps students integrate theory with practice, master scientific methods and improve practical ability. This paper attempts to start with the "5T" guiding path, and take the relevant survey data as the first-hand data to carry out an empirical study, to explore the ways and means of the organic docking between student associations and practical teaching. This also provides a new methodological reference for improving the quality of student associations and deepening the role of associations in educating people.
