奥氮平对精神分裂症患者血Hcy与糖脂代谢变化的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探究精神分裂症患者治疗过程中Hcy与糖脂代谢变化的关系。方法随机选取我院2019年1~11月收治的精神分裂症患者65例,使用奥氮平治疗20周,比较患者治疗前后肥胖指标、血清Hcy、糖脂代谢指标,并进行多因素相关性分析。结果治疗前后,患者肥胖指标、血清Hcy含量、TC、TG、HDL-C、FPG、HbA1C、CP差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清Hcy含量和TC、TG、FPG、HbA1C呈正相关,和HDL-C、CP呈负相关。结论使用奥氮平治疗后,肥胖指标、血清Hcy含量和糖脂代谢指标均有异常表现,血清Hcy含量和糖脂代谢指标有显著的相关性,血清Hcy的变化则能够反映机体糖脂代谢异常的情况。Objective To explore the correlation between homocysteine(Hcy)and glucolipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 65 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital were randomly selected from January to November 2019,and were treated with olanzapine for 20 weeks.The obesity indexes,serum Hcy,glycolipids metabolism before and after treatment were compared and multivariate correlation analysis was performed.Results There were significant differences in obesity indexes,serum Hcy content,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoproteincholesterol(HDL-C),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),hemoglobin A1C(HbA1C),and CP before and after treatment(P<0.05).Serum Hcy content was positively correlated with TC,TG,FPG,and HbA1C,and negatively correlated with HDL-C,CP.Conclusion After treatment with olanzapine,the obesity indexes,serum Hcy content,and glucolipid metabolism indexes have abnormal performance.There is a significant correlation between serum Hcy content and glucolipid metabolism indexes,and changes in serum Hcy can reflect the body's abnormal glucolipid metabolism.
