柏拉图分析法联合微信平台教育在输卵管破裂患者术后康复期中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究柏拉图分析法联合微信公众平台健康教育在宫外孕输卵管破裂患者术后康复期中的应用效果。方法选取2013年6月至2018年6月江苏省海安市中医院行手术治疗的80例宫外孕输卵管破裂患者作为观察对象。依据干预方式不同分对照组、干预组,每组各40例。对照组患者接受常规的临床护理,干预组于常规干预基础上实施柏拉图分析法联合微信公众平台健康教育干预。对比两组患者术后恢复情况及干预前后心理状态变化、并发症发生率。结果干预组术后进食时间、下床时间、排便时间、排气时间、住院时间相较对照组缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均降低,干预组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组术后并发症总发生率10.0%(4/40)低于对照组的27.5%(11/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柏拉图分析法联合微信公众平台健康教育在宫外孕输卵管破裂患者术后康复期中的应用效果显著,能促进患者术后功能恢复,改善患者的心理状态,减少术后并发症发生,值得临床推广。Objective To study the application effect of Plato analysis combined with WeChat public platform health education in the postoperative rehabilitation period of patients with ectopic pregnancy-induced fallopian tube rupture.Methods 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy-induced fallopian tube rupture who underwent surgery in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2018 were enrolled in this study.All the patients were divided into control group and intervention group according to the intervention mode,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine clinical care,and the patients in the intervention group received Platonic analysis combined with WeChat public platform health education intervention on the basis of routine intervention.The postoperative recovery and the changes in psychological status and complication rate before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The time of eating,off-bed,defecation,exhaust and hospitalization in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were reduced,and those in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group(10.0%,4/40)was lower than that in the control group(27.5%,11/40),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Plato analysis combined with WeChat public platform health education has a significant effect in the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with ectopic pregnancy-induced fallopian tube rupture.It can promote postoperative functional recovery,improve patients′psychological state and reduce postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
