摘　　要：大学生是推动社会发展的核心力量,承担着传承新思想、创造新技术的重要使命。笔者分析了"法律素质"教育的科学内涵,指出了当前高校开展法律素质教育面临的困境,并从改进教学方式、加强社会实践、塑造人文校园环境三个方面提出了素质教育多元化教育模式建设的策略。As the core force to promote social development, college students undertake the important mission of inheriting new ideas and creating new technologies. The writer analyzes the scientific connotation of "legal quality" education, points out the current difficulties faced by colleges and universities in carrying out legal quality education, and proposes the strategy of constructing a diversified model of legal quality education from three aspects: improving teaching methods, strengthening social practice, and shaping a humanistic campus environment.
