双因素理论视域下提升畜牧兽医专业“双创教育”实效性研究

摘　　要：通过对大学生"双创教育"内在动力的分析,以及"双创教育"激励机制建立的细致研究,运用"双因素"理论,探索提出科学化、系统化的"双创教育"激励机制的构建策略,进而建立专属于畜牧兽医专业的"双创教育"路径,提升"双创教育"的实效性。Through the analysis of the intrinsic motivation of college students′"innovative education"and detailed research on the establishment of the"innovative education"incentive mechanism,the"two-factor"theory is used to explore a scientific and systematic"innovative education"incentive mechanism Construction strategy,and then establish a path of"innovative education"exclusively for the animal husbandry and veterinary profession,and improve the effectiveness of"innovative education".
