摘　　要：主题班会是促进学生自我教育、自我管理的有效途径。辅导员开好主题班会能够引导学生形成正确价值取向,提升学生的团队协作能力和思辨能力。从辅导员视角解读共产党人"不忘初心,牢记使命"的丰富内涵,以激发学生的责任感和使命感为目的,通过分析"不忘初心,牢记使命"系列主题班会成功开展的实践过程,从深入了解大学生群体现状、找准主题班会突破口,以提升参与度和体验感为目的创新主题班会开展形式,寻找合适案例作为主题班会引入,深入挖掘和延展主题班会的深度和广度等多个方面提出增强高校主题班会效能的对策。Thematic class meeting is an effective way to promote students’ self-education and self-management. A good theme class meeting held by the instructor can guide students to form a correct value orientation and improve their ability of teamwork and thinking. From the perspective of college counselors,interpreting the rich connotation of the Communist Party’s"Remain True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep our Mission Firmly in Mind",aiming at stimulating the sense of responsibility and mission of students,by analyzing the successful practice process of the series of thematic class meetings of"Remain True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep our Mission Firmly in Mind",put forward countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of the theme class meeting in deeply understanding the current situation of college students and finding the breakthrough of theme class meeting,innovating the form of the theme class meeting for the purpose of enhancing participation and experience,finding suitable cases to be introduced as the theme class meeting,deeply digging and extending the depth and breadth of the theme class meeting.
