明胶海绵联合海藻酸钠口腔用水凝胶在拔牙术区止血疗效的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨明胶海绵联合海藻酸钠口腔用水凝胶在拔牙术区止血效果的疗效分析。方法选取2019年6月至2019年9月本诊所收治的148例需要拔牙的患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=74)和对照组(n=74)。观察组应用明胶海绵联合海藻酸钠口腔用水凝胶涂布术区止血,对照组患者拔牙后采用明胶海绵联合无菌纱卷压迫止血。比较两组拔牙后术后疼痛、异物感、术区出血、止血有效率。结果观察组的术后疼痛、异物感、术区出血、止血有效率分别为6.8%(5/74)、1.4%(1/74)、4.1%(3/74)、95.9%(71/74),对照组分别为8.1%(6/74)、10.8%(8/74)、5.4%(4/74)、94.6%(70/74)。观察组中有异物感少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组术后疼痛、术区出血和止血有效率比较差异无统计学意义。结论明胶海绵联合海藻酸钠口腔用水凝胶用于拔牙术区的止血,与明胶海绵联合无菌纱卷压迫止血具有相同的止血效果,但大多数患者没有口内异物感。Objective To investigate the effect of gelatin sponge combined with sodium alginate hydrogel for oral cavity on hemostasis after tooth extraction. Methods From June 2019 to September 2019,148 patients who needed tooth extraction were selectd and diveded into obserbation group(n=74) and control group(n=74) according to the method of random digital table. The patients in the obserbation group were treated with gelatin sponge combined with sodium alginate hydrogel for oral cavity on hemostasis, the patients in the control group were treated with gelatin sponge combined with sterile gauze after tooth extraction. To compare the difference of pain, foreign sensation, bleeding and hemostatic efficiency after tooth extraction between two groups. Results By observing the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups, it was found that the pain, foreign sensation, bleeding and hemostatic efficiency were 6.8%(5/74), 1.4%(1/74), 4.1%(3/74), 95.9%(71/74) in the observation group, and 8.1%(6/74), 10.8%(8/74), 5.4%(4/74), 94.6%(70/74)in the control group, respectively. The number of people who had foreign sensation in the observation group were significantly smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no difference in pain, bleeding and hemostatic efficiency between the two groups. Conclusion Gelatin sponge combined with sodium alginate hydrogel for oral cavity was used to stop bleeding after tooth extraction, which had the same hemostatic effect as gelatin sponge combined with sterile gauze after tooth extraction, but most patients had no foreign sensation in the control group.
