安胃汤联合四联法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关消化不良的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨安胃汤联合四联法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关消化不良的临床作用及机制。方法选取2018年3月至2019年1月本院收治的寒热错杂型功能性消化不良且14C呼气试验阳性患者122例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组61例。对照组给予四联治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加服安胃汤,疗程均为2周,疗程结束后停药1个月,通过14C呼气试验检测患者幽门螺旋杆菌根除率。比较两组患者治疗前后患者总症状积分及疗效。结果两组Hp根除率比较差异无统计学意义,但两组治疗后总症状积分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且试验组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安胃汤联合四联法能明显改善幽门螺旋杆菌相关消化不良的临床症状,值得临床推广运用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Anwei decoction combined with quadruple therapy on dyspepsia associated with Helicobacter pylori. Methods 122 patients with Helicobacter pylori positive of cold heatjumble type dyspepsia in our hospital from March 2018 to January2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 61 cases in each group. The control group was treated with quadruple therapy, and the treatment group was treated with Anwei decoction on the basis of the control group, the course of treatment was 2 weeks. The therapeutic effects were compared by evaluating the scores of dyspeptic symptoms before and after treatment in two groups. The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori was determined by14 C-urea breath test after 1 month’ s drug withdrawal. Results There was no significant difference between two group in the eradication rate of Hp, but the two groups overall symptom score were significantly decreased after treatment compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05). In the experimental group, symptom scores decreased significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Anwei decoction and quadruple therapy can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of dyspepsia associated with Helicobacter pylori, and it is worthy of clinical application.
